On a 100 year old cattle ranch 30 miles West of Vail, Colorado; Cordillera is an exclusive 3,000 acre residential development with a spectacular Down Valley Views. Designed to showcase one of their 5,000 square foot homes, we created a 6”x 6” trifold brochure that would be used primarily as a sales tool for local brokers and as a leave behind at the property for prospective buyers. Less than 30 days after implementing this campaign the house was sold.
